Andrew Werth


Andrew D. Werth has been practicing law in Illinois for over 30 years. Andrew's experience spans a variety of real estate, business and estate planning law matters.  Andrew established his own law firm 27 years ago and his practice consists of three associate attorneys, a support staff and up-to-date technology.

Andrew has represented clients on over 7000 real estate transactions, including single family homes, condominiums, co-operative apartments, and commercial properties.  He is current counsel for over 100 businesses and handled the start-up of many times that, and has helped hundreds of individuals and families of all types with their estate planning.

Prior to establishing his own company, Andrew gained significant experience in commercial litigation and arbitration successfully representing clients in jury trials as well as matters before the Illinois appellate court and the Illinois Supreme Court.  His background in litigating commercial, real estate and business issues involving contract disputes has enhanced his representation and negotiation of clients with contract matters.

Andrew grew up in Evanston and currently lives in Wilmette with his wife Brenda and their three children, Alexandra, Victoria and Charlie.

Andrew is an active member of the North Shore Community, and member of the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, and proudly supports local businesses and not-for-profits.
